Abibliophobia is the fear of running out of things to read. Again, I never knew such a word existed. This is something that has plagued me ever since I was a little reader. My mum would complain that I always brought twice as many books with me whenever we went some place. Even today, I always have two books at my beck and call, just in case I finish one.

Is this something you fear as well? Do you have any tricks to avoid it?

A great word, and one I'd not heard before either.

I suppose I suffer from an unconscious form of it, as I always stack up my "to-be-read" pile, etc. ;)

Somehow I have never heard of this one before on all those lists of phobias!

Not a fear but a definite anxiety. My current coping mechanisms are having about a hundred ebooks on hand on my phone plus a couple hundred more stashed in Drive (and goodness knows how many on my hard drive) plus a handy TBR stack on my dresser (which acts as my nightstand as it's next to my bed).
