I don't believe you can use lemniscate as it is used
in the second and third examples.

Lemniscate is defined as "a plane curve", and if you
insert "a plane curve" into the further two examples,
it doesn't make sense. As far as I understand,
lemniscate refers to the infinity symbol, but not the
meaning it holds.
