The IPA code for any 'ae' sound is described in the OED as being a long vowel ea, as in 'bean.'

So, it would be 'kwee-ri-tur' or something like that. Often, people pronounce it as a 'why' sound, which is usually accepted - so, 'kwhy-ri-tur.' Depends if you're a Latin purist.
