breviloquent
breviloquent (brev-EH-lo-kwent or brev-ee-LOH-kwent) - adj., speaking briefly or concisely.
Laconic. From Latin roots (I'm not seeing signs it was used in Latin itself) brevis, short + loquī, to speak.
I like Rev. Mike, but a breviloquent preacher won't go far.

I like this word.
My Gaffiot (Latin-French dictionary) has an entry for
breviloquens, entis (brevis, loquor), who speaks in a few words : Cic. Att. 7, 20 (Meaning it has been used by Cicero in its opus "Epistulae ad Atticum)
There is also breviloquentia, ae, breviloquium, ii and breviloquus, a, um. ;)
