querulous \KWER-uh-luhs; -yuh\, adjective:
1. Apt to find fault; habitually complaining.
2. Expressing complaint; fretful; whining.
Querulous comes from Latin querulus, from queri, "to complain."
My last date had a bad case of querulous logorrhea about the service at the restaurant not being up to par. It ended with my glass of wine *ahem* accidentally being spilled in his lap and me catching a cab home. :D
