illecebrous: I cannot find a good pronunciation key for this word, but I believe the emphasis is on the second syllable.  It's an archaic word, but not obsolete.

adjective: Tending to attract; enticing, alluring.

Origin:  Latin: illecere (to entice) +‎ -ous.
