Jezails - noun.

Here's a perfectly cromulent word to zoom ahead on Scrabble or Words With Friends. A jezail or jezzail is a Pashtun word and name for a handmade, long-barrelled gun once popular with Pashtun tribes.

Sherlock Holmes fans (by way of the original Doyle canon) will know that you’re not asspulling the word; Dr. Watson’s war wound(s?*) came from a Jezail bullet.

*Variously described as in the leg or shoulder; maybe the Pashtun sniper caught Watson stooping to tie his bootlaces? There’s a possible re-enactment for some successor to Mythbusters.
